Why Choose Sirico Ghee?

The Traditional Journey of preparing Ghee

At Sirico Ghee, we believe in preserving the purity and authenticity of age-old Indian traditions. Our Ghee is handcrafted using the ancient Bilona method, ensuring every drop is packed with nutrition, purity, and unmatched taste.

Here’s how we create our Sirico Ghee

Milk Collection

We begin with fresh, pure & finest quality A2 milk collected from indigenous Cows & Buffalo.

Quality Checks

Each batch undergoes rigorous fat and purity testing to maintain our ISO and FSSAI-Certified standards.

Milk Heating

The milk is gently heated to prepare it for the next steps without compromising nutrients.

Curd Formation

The milk is transferred to stainless steel tins to naturally ferment into curd.

Natural Pot Transfer

The curd is moved to traditional earthen pots (matka) for the authentic Bilona process.

Bilona Churning

Using the two-directional hand-churning method, curd is churned to extract rich, white butter.

Ghee Preparation

The extracted butter is slowly simmered on a low flame to produce aromatic Cow Ghee.

Packaging

Finally, the ghee is hygienically packed, retaining its flavour and health benefits, ready to enrich your kitchen.
