At Sirico Ghee, we deal in perishable food products (Ghee and related dairy products). Due to the nature of these consumable goods, we follow strict food safety and hygiene standards.
- No Returns / No Refunds (Food Safety Policy)
As per applicable food safety and hygiene regulations, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the product has been delivered.
Ghee is a consumable food item and cannot be resold after delivery due to:
• Safety concerns
• Risk of contamination
• Storage condition variations
• Food compliance standards
Therefore, all sales are final.

- Damaged / Incorrect Product (Exception Case)
We will only consider replacement (not refund) in the following cases:
• Product received is damaged during transit
• Incorrect product delivered
• Product is leaking or tampered
To request a replacement:
• Inform us within 24 hours of delivery
• Share clear unboxing video and images

After verification, we may offer:
• A replacement product, or
• Store credit (if applicable)
